Welcome to ReciteFlow! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ReciteFlow mobile application (the "App") provided by Pablo Dominguez ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using ReciteFlow, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ReciteFlow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ReciteFlow is a memorization application designed for performers and anyone who needs to learn text by heart. The App provides:

  • Text import and automatic section detection
  • Line-by-line learning with sequential spaced repetition (SSRS)
  • Performance deadline scheduling
  • Progress tracking and study statistics
  • Set export and import functionality

3. Free and Pro Versions

Free Version: ReciteFlow is free to download and use with up to 3 memorization sets, full SSRS learning, performance deadlines, section detection, and export/import.

Pro Version: A one-time in-app purchase ($4.99 USD) unlocks unlimited sets, hint modes, folders, and light theme. Pro is a non-subscription, one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Pro features.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's terms of service. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play according to their refund policy. We do not directly process payments or have access to your payment information.

5. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ReciteFlow for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you import into the App, such as lyrics, scripts, and speeches. This content is stored locally on your device. When you export and share content, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content and for how it is used.

7. Intellectual Property

ReciteFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pablo Dominguez and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

RECITEFLOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that:

  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The results from using the App will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors in the App will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF RECITEFLOW.

10. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of ReciteFlow at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to ReciteFlow at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
